Expunging juvenile false charge and sealing adult dismissed record.?

My parents sold drugs when I was 15 and I was there when the apt. was raided. I'm 35 now and I just found out I have a juvenile record for selling drugs and which I never did. They were my guardians. Why do I have the charge? Also, I have a dismissed assault and battery which was a false accusation by an ex who was abusive. What should I do to get juvenile record taken off and sealing assault and battery?Expunging juvenile false charge and sealing adult dismissed record.?
It doesn't work that way.

YOu need to get a lawyer.

  • What are the chances of beating a false sexual assault charge for a guy who just did almost 20 years in prison

this guy, who is on parole and who is risking life by taking his case to trial, and truly is innocent, is in jail and has been since like october, arizona is where he is charged and i am very scared for him. the girl has admitted to the court that lied, but they wont allow her to tell the truth. he has a court appointed attorney. i am asking because i am so alone in this because I dont see how he cant win. what is the opinion of you all? thank youWhat are the chances of beating a false sexual assault charge for a guy who just did almost 20 years in prison
Even with a history the state still has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he did it. If there are no witnesses, no medical examination, and if he has at least a reasonable alliby he should be ok. I don't even see how this would go to court if she already admitted to lying on the original report. Not allowing that counts as suppressing evidence of substantial importance to the case. That can usually get people in trouble... just tell him to find a decent lawyer. What are the chances of beating a false sexual assault charge for a guy who just did almost 20 years in prison
within the court you must file a habeaus corpus paper explain to the judge your case and what happen and why you should not be there. if you were not charge of the charge then they must release you within 30 days of the date you were arrested. If they did and overt act of not releasing you then you have a right to file a suit in superior court for being held unlawfully, also ask the court to dismiss all charges for perjury

    testimony that she lied.

Have been a victum of a false sexual harrassment charge?

Many person have had this happen and even if innocent it seems to cost them their jobs. Has this happened to you? What did you?Have been a victum of a false sexual harrassment charge?
First, any company would be obligated to conduct a thorough and fair investigation before terminating you for sexual harassment. Unfortunately, many of these cases end up being a ';she said'; versus ';he said'; situation. Since the damages from a female alleging harassment can be more than disciplining or terminating a male employee (especially a white male under 40) companies may err on the side of the female. So, it you are the person charged, make your case. Do you have witnesses? Can you prove that you didn't engage in harassing behavior? Will others vouch for your character? Has the female alleging the harassment have a history of making false allegations? You can see H.R. and ask to make a counter claim if you feel confident you are completely innocent.Have been a victum of a false sexual harrassment charge?
It has never happened to me, but it happened to a man I knew. A group of women basically encouraged and initiated the ';sexual harassment'; then all went to Human Resources and confirmed his hand in it. He was dismissed - and what was worse was that his wife was a notch up the ladder than him and had to suffer through this situation and keep her job...
Why are you asking that? Did it happen to you?
Sue for defemation of character and lost wages.

Why do feminists try to play down the frequency and impact of false rape/abuse charges ? What do they hope ?

to achieve ?Why do feminists try to play down the frequency and impact of false rape/abuse charges ? What do they hope ?
Rape is one of feminist biggest propaganda. They want to fool people into believing that there is a ';rape epidemic'; and that there's a high number of ';unreported rape';. They also seek to further expand the definition of rape and lessen the burden of proof on the accuser. The so much focus on rape completely ignore the other equally serious crime, false allegation of rape; as a result the false accuser often get away with it or get no more than 'a slap on the wrist' for ruin innocent men's life..

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-鈥?/a>Why do feminists try to play down the frequency and impact of false rape/abuse charges ? What do they hope ?
Because its not frequent- far more rapes are unreported than are false. Aren't you concerned there are lots more women afraid to come forward.

Those women who report nonexistent rapes live in their own kind of hell.

edit: 2 percent is not a high number- but 90 percent of rapes unreported is!

Sorry but your 50 percent figure was gotten out of thin air.

    EDIT:

If only 1 in 10 rapes are reported- then that leaves 9 out of 10 unreported. 9 out of 10 equals 90 percent, got that?
False rape charges vs real rape charges. Interesting quandary. In a false rape that goes public the man/men are hung before the trial. Like in the Duke case. They have to spend a ton of money in defense of something someone made up. There is no recourse for them to be paid for legal fees and reputation loss. It is a slippery slope. In true rape cases where the women who do come forward, the DA's give hope and understanding. When those women get on the stand they are fair game for the Defense Lawyer to abuse and confuse. Too many people believe that what happens on TV is the truth. Because of TV and the fear that they will be ignored by the police or they will have to explain every dirty detail to a male detective or detectives, most women refuse to come forward. It is shameful that the police and prosecutors can't protect the victim from being victimized. Laws need to be strengthened to ensure the victim is guaranteed privacy and her humanity.

    Bill
Professor C: 90% rapes not reported? And your giving Cassius hell for making up statistics......

Its not common, but neither is rape, its STILL a serious problem.

The problem is that almost no legal action can be taken against a woman(or man, for that matter) who files a false rape charge, and even if the man is acquitted, his life is still screwed up permanently. Actually, thats wrong, i can take legal action against her, but my life is still screwed.

For instance, lets say i'm accused of rape, i'm acquitted, yay! Now i go to apply for a job, and they do a backround check and see that i was accused of rape, you really think they would still hire me over a person with a spotless record.

    I think fcking not.......

And it is really more common than some people *cough* Professor *cough* would like to admit.

    Reality.

False rape allegations are estimated at two percent, same as other felonies.

While it's estimated that only 10 percent of rapes are reported.

It's like worrying that an asteroid is going to hit your house while the flood waters are rising.

Edit: Citations, please. I suspect that 50% estimate can from some whinging nonsense misogynist Web site. I can produce official citations for 2% if asked. To be taken seriously, kindly provide citations for yours.
Please provide a link to back up your facts.

Many more women are raped who don't report it, because of the humiliation. Rape is an extremely difficult crime to prove, as it is usually based on hearsay.

Few women are prepared to go through the trauma of a court case, when they've already gone through the hell of a rape. I know rape victims, and they had nothing to gain except justice.

Don't deny them that. If a woman lies, let her take what the court dishes out.
That's because false charges are an extremely rare occurrence and because of that, they get all the attention. Meanwhile, there are many more actual rapes that don't get reported or the victim gets blamed or even killed for it. That's what we should be concerned about.
Hehe, try bringing up the Duke false rape charges here. Feminists are absolutely silent on the subject. It's like it never happened.

They hope to marginalize anything in the public eye that makes them look as if they are anything but equality seeking.
Feminists want all people to be conditioned to think:

    MEN= bad, evil, oppresser

Well, how frequent are they? The way some people here talk about it, you'd think every man in the world had a chance of being afflicted by it.

Can you be charged with making a false report if you dont actually make a report to authorities?

Can a person be charged for making false statements to other people, like friends or co workers- then the accusation get to the police and th police determine it to be untrue.. can police charge you with making false report even though you did not actually report TO THEM anything untrue??Can you be charged with making a false report if you dont actually make a report to authorities?
NoCan you be charged with making a false report if you dont actually make a report to authorities?
no? hence the word report, one has to be made in order to be false.

If you make a written false statement to a police official in florida what are the charges?

Giving a false statement to authorities can result in felony charges. You could also be charged with aiding and abetting because of the false statement. Police do take a dim view of this because you have wasted their time and have possibly contributed to helping a felon get away with a crime. The punishment can carry up to five years in prison for a false statement. If you make a written false statement to a police official in florida what are the charges?
Depends on what the statement was. Could be false evidence or false charges? Either way you are in BIG trouble. Expect to spend 3 to 6 months behind bars if this is your first offense. If you make a written false statement to a police official in florida what are the charges?
It's called falsying your testimony and interfering with a police investigation. This is definitely a crime in itself and you will be fined and/or possibly imprisoned.

    Not a good idea!
They vary depending on the severity of the harm the false statement has caused. Here's the section of the Florida State Laws under which charges can be made:

When an object loses electrons, it gains a negitive charge?

if it is wrong, tell me why ? :)

THANKS! :]Electric Charges. True or False.?
check out the physics text booksElectric Charges. True or False.?
    almost all wrong
certainly I can answer these but WHAT are you gonna learn? Neutrons are neutral. Learn the rest yourself
Neutrons are negitively charged? FALSE, they are neutral.

Equal number of protons and electrons the atom is neutral? TRUE.

The accumulation of electric charges on an object is called magnetism? FALSE.

The electric field caused by an electron is weakest near the electron. FALSE. E-Field drops off as you move away from the charge.

An electric field becomes weaker as distance from the electron increases? TRUE

A conductor is a material that allows electrons to flow through is EASILY?

Metals are poor conductors of electricity? FALSE, they are good conductors

plastics, rubber, wood and glass are good conductors? FALSE, they are good insulators.

Earth serves as a conductor of electricity? Sort of, Earth is a ';ground'; or source of electrons for things like lightning rods. (But if you try to use earth as a wire in a circuit, it is not that good of a conductor. This is an ill conceived question.)

The presence of electric charges can be detected with an electroscope? TRUE

The leaves of an electroscope hang straight down whent he device receives a charge? FALSE. The charge makes the leaves repel eachother.

If both leaves of an electroscope receives a negitive charge, the leaves will attract each other? FALSE. Like charges repel.

When an object loses electrons, it gains a negative charge? FALSE. The object would gain a positive charge.
