Does is it defeat the purpose that only women who admit false rape claims get charged?

Virtually only, as far as I can tell.

In fact, is it detrimental towards men, and their chance of the woman admitting?Does is it defeat the purpose that only women who admit false rape claims get charged?
If this is true (which I am not sure of), it would to some degree. At least some are getting charged. Its a start.Does is it defeat the purpose that only women who admit false rape claims get charged?
Well, I think so too, in a very superficial, unscientific way of thinking. While it is true that we should encourage men and women to come out and disclose the abomination that they've suffered, without any fear of retribution, it is also true that false rape accusers (before Feminists get their panties in a twist, I'm talking about both male and female false rape accusers) spoil it for the genuine victims (men and women) of the said violation of human (men and women) rights.
While not defeating the purpose, it may very well diminish it. But rape victims shouldn't have to routinely defend themselves in a court of law either. Prosecutors, law enforcement officers, as well as defense attorneys need to be more savvy as to how these cases are handled and ask pertinent questions and seek better evidence before a rape case comes to trial.
I think there should be serious repercussion for someone claiming a false rape charge. Even if the person isn't convicted, there is still a ';stigma'; about them that will be with them forever.
Your question makes no sense, sorry. Not (those 3 sentences) seperately nor together
maybe
