I was just found not guilty at a pretrial hearing and all charges were dropped. All court costs were waived. I was falsely arrested in a casino for trespassing and interfering with official acts. Both bogus and trumped up charges. What should I do now? Do I have any recourse against casino for falsely allowing their state police officers on site to arrest me and send me to jail? What about the police stations involved with transporting me to jail, did they have the right to take my (very extensive fingerprinting %26amp; facial scan/ all DIGITAL) before letting me speak to my Attorney which I asked for many times and was ignored? If I am due damages which ones should I pursue and against who?False Arrest %26amp; False Tresspassing charges?
You are indeed due damages from the Casino. Not the police they just did their job and followed the correct procedures. The Casino lodged a complaint with them and they did the investigation. Therefore you have no claim against the police only the Casino and you should see a lawyer and pursue it vigorously.False Arrest %26amp; False Tresspassing charges?

according to some ammendment if you ask to speak to your attorney before doing anything they ahve to let you.
that is for interrogations i know for sure.
im not sure about the rest.
if they dropped the charges then just dropp everything and dont worry about it
