Can a person be charged for making false statements to other people, like friends or co workers- then the accusation get to the police and th police determine it to be untrue.. can police charge you with making false report even though you did not actually report TO THEM anything untrue??Can you be charged with making a false report if you dont actually make a report to authorities?
