divorce cases ? Is it the to be ex wifes who want their lawyer ';to crush him';, or is it the lawyers who to represent their female clients as effective as possible, routinely encourage false charges of pedophelia and abuse ? Could it be that in certain states divorce lawyers representing women commit a felony by not filing false charges of pedophelia and abuse, because they did not represent their client to the full extend of the law ?Why are false charges of abuse child molestation so common in ?
Unfortunately, parents use kids as pawns..Meanwhile using the courts and the polices resources that they could be using prosecuting real victims of abuse. Parents who make false charges should lose their kids..period. If you know someone who had false charges filed ( and have been found to be false) you should sue the bejesus out of them ... I would. EDIT:: Legal Malpractice..you could sue just like you would a doctor for medical malpractice. But, lawyers stick together so good luck finding one to represent you..you should report the attorney to the state bar.Why are false charges of abuse child molestation so common in ?
I disagree that women make a lot of false charges of child abuse. That is a very serious charge requiring proof. Nor have I heard anywhere about it being legal malpractice not to file charges in a divorce. It would malpractice to file any false charges.
Because one party wants the other one to spend less time with the children. BTW it's not always women making false allegations.
