I'm sorry your experience in the States hasn't been what you hoped, but you come over here uninvited, how would you feel if Americans came and took your job and your food stamps and your SSI and you couldn't get any benefits and you were born there? What should i do, this charges are false and very stupid?
For a DOE employee, your spelling and grammar should be a bit better. Maybe go and get a bit more education and your students and employer will have a bit more respect for you?
Try to appeal against this decision, if they won't let you then try to appeal against the decision to refuse you an appeal. If you have a union then try talking to them.
I don't understand the job role you do to have encountered this problem in the first place. Different jobs will have different ways of dealing with this.

If you work for a large company, you should consult your HR department in person and your boss. Discuss the possibilites/outcome. Also, you may want to think of an apology letter to this person and ask her to retract the letter (getting her to admit false claims) if you are absolutely desperate to save yourself. Its only pride gone for the moment.

IF ANYTHING, contact your citizens advice bureau if you have no one else to turn to and you may want to consider a tribunal for your case if you feel your unfairly dismissed.

ps re-read what you write if you want serious answers - quite confusing.
