I don't agree. Moving a child from their parent is extremely traumatic for the child. The child should stay with the accuser. At least that's the parent who may not have done bad to the child.

When false accuactions of sex charges come during a custody battle should the accuser (child)?
be removed from both homes Mother and father and placed into a neturl home until the completeion of a true investagation.
