In the United States, the law states that you are innocent til proven guilty. Ben hasn't even been charged with anything, much less found guilty of anything. So tell me why should he be suspended ? Imagine what kind of society we'd have if anytime somebody is accused of something, they get fired, suspended, or killed, without having their time to tell their side of things. It would be total chaos.
