Can you file charges against your child's probation officer for lying in court and giving you false info?

Sure you can, but good luck proving it. You'd better have witnesses other than you and your child because if it turns into a he-said/she-said, the probation officer will come out on top. Judges place more creedence in the testimony of police officers and others involved in law enforcement because of the screening process and the fact that they are positions of public trust. Kind of unfair, given the fact that there are plenty of crooked cops out there, but that's the way it is.Can you file charges against your child's probation officer for lying in court and giving you false info?
If you can prove that they are lying. Can you file charges against your child's probation officer for lying in court and giving you false info?
You can but it is very hard to get that kind of proof. You will have to get a lawyer to help you. Not an easy thing to do because these officers and judges are corrupt.
If you have the proof. Then you will have a case.

Other than that you may not have any foundation to stand on. Having other people to be witnesses will also help
