There is something Will missed. If the cops copped the tape, then it is evidence. And they can't distroy it. And then your defence can use it to prove she was lying. But in this ';so-called'; equality people will believe a girl when she says she was raped 1,000,000 faster than they would believe a man, even if he has 30 witnesses that say she was all over him on the dance floor groping the hell out of him. But if she claim she was drunk or drugged game over she was telling the truth, he was lying. even if she really was to keep from getting into some type of trouble with a b/f or parents. Nope, because recording someone without their knowledge in a sexual act is a crime unto itself, and if she is underage your problems would get even worse.





The way our court system works, any tape you get from this would be inadmissable in your own defense (from my limited understanding) unless the girl knows and acknowledges that she is being filmed. You can get around this by posting a reasonably visible sign in your room which says ';This room protected by closed-circuit television security system.'; This sign should be clearly visible and readable in the view of the camera to erase any doubt to a prosecuting lawyer or judge as to whether you were forthright in warning her she was being recorded.





Any phone conversations dealing with the girl you can start with a recording that says ';This phone call may be monitored and recorded.';, and then engage her in some distracting conversation for a few minutes to see if she forgets about it.
You know thats really not a bad idea,to protect your ***..But like the other guy said could get touchy I think...But would be kool to have if things were up and up and you needed the evidence,, Id rather go down for a video tape charge then rape.
