Should the Miss Universe Organising Committee be charged for false advertising?

Every year the Miss Universe pageant is held in some country and a lot of money is spent on advertising to make it a financial success. But only delegates from planet Earth compete. Since there are many other planets in the universe and no delegates from any other planet compete or attend this pageant, isn't this False Advertising? Can the committee be charged for deceiving patrons?Should the Miss Universe Organising Committee be charged for false advertising?
They could, but it would be a shady case. As far as we earthlings can tell, there aren't any other beings we know of that could participate in this event. If there were and they were excluded then yes it would be false advertising and they could be charged. But, as far as anyone can see, it would be a bad case to argue and wouldn't get anywhere. So no, they shouldn't be charged even though they hypothetically could.Should the Miss Universe Organising Committee be charged for false advertising?
I have this one product that nobody has so I claim it is the only one in the universe! Until someone else from another planet comes along to challenge me, I can make this claim as long as I like. And who is going to judge or persecute me if there is no to accuse me in the first place?

So even if there is another being coming along but doesn't want to take part in the contest, the eventual winner from Earth is declared winner of the universe by default!
