I have a friend who had false charges placed on him and he could prove she was lying but all the DA did was go back and tell her they had proof she was out of town, so she changed the day and made up new stuff. I want to know why the Da's don't ever pursue the person making false charges against another person when the penelty for the other person is so harsh? The person making false charges against another should have the book thrown at them!Made FALSE CHARGES?
DAs don't care about justice, or getting to the truth of an issue. The ONLY THING they care about is their won/loss record.
