My son's ex wife filed false charges against him for child abuse. The judge dismissed all charges.?

The judge dismissed all charges. The judge told her what would happen if she ever files false allactions on him again. The Judge really gave her a good scolding. The judge order that he would be at her residents on Friday to pick his kids up for his visitation. When he went to pick his kids up she refused to let him have them. This girl is a very ventitive person. He left her residents. He will be seeing his lawyer on Monday. I know she is in contempt to court orders. What can happen to her for being in contempt? My son's ex wife filed false charges against him for child abuse. The judge dismissed all charges.?
She can go to jail!My son's ex wife filed false charges against him for child abuse. The judge dismissed all charges.?
She could serve jail time or have changes in her custody rights.
she can be jailed for contempt. The judge could also order a change in custody if they are upset enough.

I would advise that on any future occurrence, he tape record the conversation to protect himself as long as you are not in one of the twelve states

where the recording of private conversations without the consent of all parties is illegal . Those states are California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington.

Other alternatives would be to bring along a witness such as a clergyman, lawyer, policeman or some one else reputable.
In my state of IL it is illegal to disobey an order of the court and is actually an arrestable offense. Tell him to have the court order with him at all times so that he might produce it to the police that they might enforce it.
She can end up having to pay a fine and serve some jail time.
This depends so much on what state you are in and the judge. I hope your's is man friendly. I have a male friend who's had the same problem and is getting nowhere. In this state men seem to have almost no rights.
That would be a heavy case for her, the court will not allow it anymore and if that's happen, the court will deprive all the rights that she has. And she'll be charge of contempt of court because she violated the court order. But you can talk about it, talk and try to set things up because the most affected person in this kind of situation are your children. So, fix it and give way.
