ughhhh i just did my test on false pretenses.... lol omg i forgot hold let me go back to the books asap =). it depends on the severity of the crime. couple of years, depending on how long the suspect has been doing it, remember it has to happen for it to be false pretenses, so words alone cant be held as charges the actual crime would have to accur, like taking of anothers property by deception lol i guess.
