What legal recourse do I have if the police file false or malicious charges against me which are either false, trumped up, or both?False charges?
you can struck out the charge if you would able to prove that you are innocent!False charges?
Can you prove it? If you can't, SOL, buddy. If you can, then get a really good lawyer to fight the charges, then turn around and sue the hell outta them. Cops like that get the good ones into trouble.
You may question the procedures the police used. You may also question the evidence against you. If you can discredit both you'll be fine.
get a lawyer fast.. then u should give ur all to take down that police officer n get u out of trouble.. trust me.. i've experienced this sort of thing.. but only with my teacher..
