How do you prove that someone is pressing false charges?

Charges are being pressed against a family memmber and they are completly untrue theire are cops that know the ppl doing and say that they are crazy... bottom line how do you prove that what they are saying is untrue with out doing time or coping a plea???How do you prove that someone is pressing false charges?
If your family member is charged the DA has to prove, via this witness, that they did XYZ. They need proof, not hearsay, not a made up tale, or any kind of fabrication. If they can't produce any proof, the charges get dropped. The DA isn't going to waste his time on crap. It's his reputation. It's not up to the police to decide anything. They'll take the report and go from there. If you can probe this person is malicious, is harassing your family member, etc., then that will hopefully drop the case quicker.

If you could give a little more info that would be helpful. How do you prove that someone is pressing false charges?
You have better evidence, an alibi, (with witnesses,) or you prove they're lying by having someone hear them say the charges are bogus as revenge, etc.
