I don't like to see anyone innocent accused of a crime, but I'm much more concerned with men and women accused of murder, as they will spend at least a decade in prison, could end up on death row, and could be executed.Women: Do you give a hoot if a man is wrongly imprisoned because of false rape charges?

It's horrible if someone is wrongly imprisoned for ANY crime, and even worse if they were falsely imprisoned because of a lie.





But most people that are falsely imprisoned for rape, or any other crime, for that matter, are not there because of a lie, but because the cops just got the wrong the person, and the justice system failed. I think very, very few people are imprisoned because of a lie.
Of course, it is very wrong for women to knowingly accuse an innocent man of rape, worst if the false rape accusation leads to the unjustly incarceration of an innocent person, they lives could be devastated forever. Women who falsely accuse anyone of rape are making future Victims lose credibility, as innocent men are wrongfully imprisoned, perhaps even endangering other women because the real rapist is still free to commit yet another rape. Women, who may think of doing this, be aware,” What you sow, so shall you reap.';
I think it is completely horrible and that the entire law enforcement community should try their best to make sure it never happens. No one, male or female, no matter what, deserves to be imprisoned for a crime they did not commit. It can ruin lives and i wouldn't wish that on anyone. If anyone is so callous as to ';not give a hoot';, I hope it happens to them one day.
A lie is a lie and always will be a lie.


No one should be sacrificed for a lie; especially to make the real liar look innocent.


There are some lawyers who say, ';guilty till proven innocent.'; So, that means if you're pointed out no matter how innocent you know you are and even if they know you're innocent and they still point you out you're as guilty as sin.

Of course I care if they're wrongfully imprisoned! No one should ever have to go through false accusations and wrongful imprisonment.





The women that do that aren't doing it to bring ';rape to the fore';, they're women seeking a stupid sort of revenge and/or a method of making the accused lose credibility.
I think it is wrong and disgusting to accuse someone of rape that didn't do it. It isn't fair because someone could get raped and the Rapist will escape scott free because it is being watered down. Why should an innocent man take the blame for a sick, vile rapist? A rapist isn't a man, he is a little boy.
Its disgusting to falsely accuse anyone of anything. Especially since false rape accusations only lead to horror for real rape victims who are then seen as false accusers due to the volume of women who cry wolf!





People who bring about false charges on innocent people are sociopaths, who do not care about anyone!!
I care if a person, male or female, is falsely imprisoned for anything.

i give a slight hoot but to be fair it's out of my control! I know i won't wrongly accuse someone of anything. rape abuse whatever.





but i have also been told to let go of the things that are out of my control!

There's always the innocent until proven guilty rule with charges so it's unlikely a man would be wrongly imprisoned, especially for rape. Though I would give a hoot, I just don't think it's a problem.
