False pretense charges was place upon me, how much jail time am I looking at?
I live in michigan, mother of a 4 month, I lied to a guy and he offered money, i took it then he turned me in! my first time getting in trouble, does it look bad?False pretense charges was place upon me, how much jail time am I looking at?
