Don't know what to do. We share custody. He keeps filing charges with child services, saying that our 2 yr old has been abused, every time I return him. In fact, he's doing the abusing and saying it was me. All of the claims have been screened out - but now my son has bruises that he did not leave here with. In order to avoid losing custody, could you offer to have someone watch you with him to prove it's not you. If the bruises don't go away it's either his age and his activiity level or your ex. My kids always have bruises and they're surely not abused. they're ACTIVE!Father repeatedly filing false abuse charges in order to get sole custody.?
do the same back to him,,take your son to the doctor ,seek some counseling , they may speak to the child to find out what is going on,,,,
why does your child have bruises? if they arent from falls then call child services yourself. why are you more worried about YOU than your child? pfft!
