I file charges on two teens that attacked my son and the class of the assult was class B. Now I have both parents of the teens make false charges on me for harassment. What should I do?What should I do when two parent file false charges on me for some thing I did not do!?
Go to court and let the judge sort it out, it sounds as though they are trying to gain leverage to get you to talk to the DA about letting the criminal charges against their son go.
